At Home Try On Service Terms and Conditions
1. Service Overview
- The At Home Try On service allows you to try designer dresses in the comfort of your home. Each dress is available for $25, which is credited towards the purchase of a full-price dress (excludes sale items).
2. Delivery and Return Policy
- Delivery: Dresses are securely packaged and shipped via Australia Post. A prepaid return label and packaging are included.
- Return Deadline: Dresses must be returned in their original condition on Day 7 of the try on period. Use the provided prepaid label to post the dresses back.
- Late Returns: A daily late fee of $5 per dress applies. If dresses are not returned within 30 days and no contact has been made, a fee equal to 150% of the retail price will be charged to the payment method on file.
3. Damage Policy
- Minor wear is acceptable; however, significant damage, stains, or odours requiring repair/cleaning will incur additional charges.
- Customers will receive a detailed invoice before any additional charges are processed.
4. Try On Usage
- Dresses are strictly for try on purposes only. They may not be worn for events or activities.
- All dresses are inspected upon return. Evidence of excessive wear, such as stains, odors, damage, or alterations, will be treated as misuse.
- Should misuse be identified, Allure & Grace reserves the right to charge for professional cleaning, repairs, or, in extreme cases, the full retail value of the dress if it is deemed unfit for future try-ons.
5. Credit Toward Purchase
- The $25 fee per dress is credited towards your final purchase of a full-price dress.
- Credits are valid for 60 days after the dresses have been returned.
- Credits do not apply to sale items, samples, or shipping fees.
6. Payment and Security
- A valid credit card is required to secure the try on order.
- For security, Allure & Grace recommends taking a photo of the return package with the tracking number.
7. Fit Guide and Tape Measure
- Each order includes a complimentary fit guide and tape measure to help you find the perfect fit.
8. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring dresses are returned on time and in proper condition.
- Communication is required if delays or issues arise during the try on period.
9. Policy Updates
- Allure & Grace reserves the right to update these terms. The latest version will always be available on our website.
10. Disclaimer
- By purchasing the At Home Try On service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
